McShane Construction led the fast-track adaptive reuse project that transformed this 1920s-era heavy timber and brick building into an attractively-designed, highly-functional LEED-Silver educational institution. The transformation was completed utilizing a new high-performance skin with a rain screen and spray insulation providing the technological means to improve the thermal performance of the overall building. The striking architectural detail on the exterior was carried into the interior utilizing the same contemporary elements.
